Loved our perfectly clean and cheap rooms.
Spent 1 night in this hotel during our trip in Magee. It was an amazing location for us, near to Close to multiple restaurants as well as the convenience store right next door. The room we had included climate control, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator.

Next to A Walmart Super Center
The staff was very slow and inefficient. The breakfast was very minimal with no meat unless you count the tiny bits in the gravy. The pool was not very well maintained and I was charged a higher rate than I booked online.

Family with kids, It's a decent stop
Got a clean room which I appreciated after a long day. Breakfast was alright, not gourmet but good enough to fill us up before hitting the road again.
It wasn't exactly what you'd call a bargain but it was acceptable for what we needed.

We visited Big Creek Water Park and the Regional History Museum, both fun spots. The hotel was nice enough for our needs, and we had a good time hanging out by the pool, a great way to relax after a day of activities.
One downside was that the TV in our room had a weird orange tint, made watching shows a bit annoying. It would have been nice if that was fixed.
